Landon Durham

Landon brings more than a decade of experience in the retirement plan industry to Blue Water Advisors. Since entering the field in 2014, he has built a strong track record as both a consultant and organizational leader, working with several of the nation’s leading 401(k) providers to deliver strategic retirement solutions. This includes ADP Broker-Dealer, Paychex Retirement Services, Lincoln Financial Distributors and Transamerica Retirement Services.

Landon joined Blue Water Advisors in May 2026 to serve families and business owners in his community as a front-line financial professional. This transition reflects his passion for making a direct impact—helping individuals and organizations move from uncertainty to clarity through intentional financial planning. He is dedicated to empowering clients with the knowledge, strategies, and confidence needed to build, protect, and sustain their financial future.

Landon graduated from Southwestern University with a B.A. Business Administration in 2010. He currently holds many industry credentials including FINRA Series 6, Series 65, Series 63, Series 26, and Texas Health & Life Insurance licensing.

A native of Pearland, Texas, Landon remains deeply rooted in his community, where he lives with his wife, Rachael, and their two children, Peyton and Lincoln. He is an active member of Crosspoint Church, contributing his time to both the Men’s Ministry and Student Ministries. Landon is also dedicated to youth development, serving on the Board of Directors for Next Generation Academy preschool and mentoring students through the RISE Pearland ISD Program.

What is your blue water?

Creating meaningful memories with friends and family. This includes coaching youth sports, hosting pool parties, cooking for small groups, family vacations, and playing golf with my kids and close friends. Every decision I make is rooted in how it can positively impact my children and wife.
