Kimberly Wilson

Kimberly oversees all day-to-day Blue Water Advisors operations and plays an integral role in building, developing and managing new and existing client and industry relationships. She has more than 30 years’ experience in the benefits industry, all of which have been with the firm. Kimberly has her Life & Health Group 1 license and regularly invests in training to maintain her extensive industry expertise.

She has a passion for helping employees and their families understand their benefit options and making sure they get the most from them. Known for her empathy and problem-solving skills, Kimberly is a trusted resource for her clients—especially when complex HR or claims situations arise.

In her free time, Kimberly enjoys being with her husband of over 30 years, her two sons and their wives and now her two precious grandchildren. She loves to travel to the mountains of Colorado and Northern California’s Pacific Coast but also finds joy in staying close to home—cooking, reading, watching Hallmark movies, shopping, and serving her church community of over 40 years.

What is your blue water?

Being fully present with my family and loved ones, especially in the peace and quiet of the mountains. I love meaningful conversations, unplugged moments and finding joy in everyday connections. That time together reminds me why I do what I do — and keeps me grounded in service and gratitude.
