Founded in 1978 by Blaise A. Guzzetta, our firm has spent more than four decades guiding individuals, professionals and business owners toward their financial goals. Under Blaise's leadership, Guzzetta Benefit Services (GBS) built a reputation for personalized service, integrity and long-term client relationships-principles that remain at the heart of our practice today.

In 2020, Blaise passed leadership of the firm to Corey Magliolo, who had been serving clients in the benefits and financial services space since the early 2000s. Under Corey's leadership, the firm evolved into Blue Water Advisors, expanding its wealth management services while honoring the legacy Blaise built. Together, the Blue Water Advisors team blends decades of experience with forward-thinking financial strategies, helping clients chart a confident course through life's financial waters.
